Our vision & mission
The traditional university system is falling short. It’s unnecessarily stressful and expensive and fails to teach what's relevant, leaving many students with debt and a poor mental health, and unprepared for the realities of the job market.
Our mission is to solve this—to improve the lives of young people while giving them a better start to their future. By introducing a new model for college, the cloud campus, we’re making higher education more accessible, flexible, and fulfilling. Cloud College empowers young people to live, learn, and grow on their own terms—without the limitations of the traditional university model.
A New Model for Higher education
The higher education of the future is online. Online education replaces lectures with videos and in-person classes with online classes and AI tutors, making it much more efficient and affordable. AI tutors have made one-to-one tutoring available for less than the price of classes, and no other teaching method performs as well as one-to-one tutoring. When AI tutors replace classes and lectures, high-quality, completely personalized education will be available online at historically low costs.
In recent years, technological improvements have made online education more effective and affordable, reaching millions of people worldwide. Online programs cost on average less than half of their in-person equivalents. Some online degrees cost 90% less. However, online education is lacking adoption among young people. By offering the university experience to young people regardless of what they do, we give them complete freedom to combine the flexibility and cost savings of online education with the vibrant social and cultural aspects of university life. In the future, when teachers are replaced with AI, online education will also be much more effective while being even more affordable than it is today.
